REFUND AND RETURN POLICY
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PACKAGING
Organic Cosmetica will gladly and immediately replace any defective or damaged product that is reported to us within 14 days of purchase.
We are sorry that our product did not meet your expectations. Perhaps one of our other products may work better for you or someone that you know. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly provide you with an e-store credit or e-gift card (sorry – no refunds). The e-gift card is transferable to anyone that you choose. The request must be received within 30 days of purchase. The original item must be returned to us within 14 days of the return request and the container must be at least ¾ full.
To initiate a refund, return or product replacement, please email us at email@example.com, using the email address associated with your account and state the reason for the return. If the reason for the return is due to a damaged product packaging, please include a photo of the damaged product (this is required by our carrier). We will then email you a return shipping label for you to print and use.
Organic Cosmetica reserves the right to flag and remove accounts suspected of abusing our return policy. Wholesale orders are not available for refunds or returns.
